At WinniesWoofBites, we carefully pack every order to make sure your dog's treats arrive safely and ready to enjoy.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
During busy periods, such as Christmas, promotions or new product launches, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.
UK Delivery
We currently offer delivery across the UK.
Standard Delivery: £3.99
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur with the courier.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may also offer free delivery on orders over £30.
Packaging
All treats are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.
As many of our products are natural treats, they can move around inside packaging during delivery. This may mean that treats arrive in a slightly different position or may occasionally break during transit.
This is a natural consequence of shipping dried treats and does not necessarily mean the product is faulty.

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
